COVID-19 FORUM, Nurse-Led Training and Technical Assistance

Join several National Training and Technical Assistance Partner (NTTAP) organizations for the next session of the four-part Special and Vulnerable Populations Forum. The next one-hour session convenes Friday, November 19 and will address how COVID-19 has impacted health centers across the country and the special populations they serve. The Forum will identify, share, and promote promising practices, while highlighting and addressing challenges.

Audience: Clinical and non-clinical health center staff, PCAs, and HCCNs

Suma Nair, PhD, MS, RD, Director of the Bureau of Primary Health Care's Office of Quality Improvement, will join the Forum to provide health centers with up-to-date information about COVID-19, the Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program, and specifically how health centers may be supported as they recover and stabilize their workforce while continuing to respond to the national pandemic.

Elisabeth Wilhelm, MA, Vaccine Hesitancy Strategist and Team Co-Lead of the Vaccine Confidence and Demand Team on CDC’s COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force, will address evidence-based strategies to increase COVID-19 vaccine confidence with a focus on CDC’s COVID-19 Vaccination Field Guide: 12 Strategies for Your Community.
