Optimizing the Harm Reduction Model Through Nurse-Led Care During COVID-19

COVID-19 poses many challenging for optimally managing chronic pain in our most vulnerable and underserved participants. In this webinar we will discuss how to leverage the Harm Reduction Model for pain management through nurse-led care principles. We will consider unique circumstances the pandemic presents and how we can best support our participants in the care and management of chronic pain. Learn about integrating behavioral health into the management of chronic pain through examples demonstrated at Pathways to Housing a service provider in Philadelphia for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness and have a mental and/or substance use diagnosis.
