The Special and Vulnerable Populations Diabetes Task Force invites you to join the following free learning collaboratives:

  • Communication Strategies to Bridge the Diabetes Health Literacy Gap
  • Impact of Health Literacy on Patients’ Diabetes Management and Self-Care
  • Raising the Pillars for Community Engagement
  • Building Successful Teams During the COVID-19 Pandemic

The learning collaboratives build upon the National Learning Series, which was hosted during Fall 2020.

Applications close on Tuesday, January 19 at 11:59 pm ET.
