At the heart of the school-based health model is the partnership between the schools and health centers that give or support the services offered to the students. For many health centers, this partnership extends beyond the school setting and into other areas of well-being, such as home life. Join this webinar as we discuss needs of children and adolescents within public housing and successful health center strategies for creating partnerships between housing and education sectors.
