The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium maintains and updates the All-Hazards Emergency Preparedness and Response Competencies for Health Center Staff publication, which defines the minimum competencies, knowledge and skills all staff need to prepare for and respond to emergencies and disasters. Serving as the foundation for health center training and readiness, the competencies guide organizations in prioritizing critical aspects of preparedness while aligning with updated HRSA guidance and best practices.
