Long COVID is a chronic illness that negatively impacts millions of people and yet individuals with this condition can learn to thrive and not merely survive. In this webinar, neuropsychologist, researcher, and best-selling author, Dr. Jim Jackson outlines a variety of strategies - both medical and practical - that can be used to empower Long COVID survivors and help them embrace the idea that they can live rich and meaningful lives even if their symptoms never completely go away.

- Participants be able to articulate the biological contributions to Long COVID and the ways that long Covid drives the development of cognitive and mental health challenges.
