
This three-module, LMS-based series supports health centers in strengthening patient experience as a driver of quality improvement. Participants will be introduced to a structured patient/family experience assessment tool and learn how to apply results to inform operations, communication, and care delivery. The series is available through NNCC’s LMS, and SCORM files are available to health centers and Primary Care Associations (PCAs) for integration into local training platforms, along with practical strategies for engaging patients through advisory councils and sustaining patient-centered approaches across health center systems.
