This webinar will explore simple strategies that practices can adopt to improve diagnostic safety through partnering with patients and their families. We will review a diagnostic safety agenda setting tool and an active listening with reflective practice training for providers. Dr. Smith will explore challenges to implementation and strategies to overcome them specific to nurse-led practices.
