During the pandemic, misinformation about COVID-19 and the vaccine made pandemic management even more challenging. Misinformation was the primary reason for COVID vaccine hesitance. This 2-part series highlights the relationship between health literacy and medical misinformation and the factors influencing a person's vulnerability to misinformation. Participants practiced communication skills to address the misinformation and facilitate healthy behaviors.
