Jan 25, 2024  03:00 PM  EST | Past Webinars |

In session 3 of our four-part learning collaborative, we examined how patient advisory boards play a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences at health centers. They foster a collaborative environment that values patients' perspectives, promotes inclusivity, and ensures that the healthcare services provided meet the needs and expectations of the community. In this session, we were joined by Santa Cruz Health Center to delve deeper into successful PFACs and explore how they positively impact the patient experience.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define patient experience and how it differs from patient satisfaction
  • Identify how patient experience can inform quality improvement plans
  • Explain how an interprofessional team can improve the patient’s experience and satisfaction.
