Join NNCC for a two-part webinar series that will equip health centers participating in maternal, infant, and early childhood strategies to expand access and affordability by delivering maternal and child health services directly to families, helping reduce barriers such as cost and transportation. The series will examine how nurse home-visitation programs strengthen patient-directed, coordinated care through seamless integration with health centers, while sharing promising partnership models and real-world best practices.

National Nurse-Led Care Consortium is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This meeting session is pending accreditation for 1.0 contact hours of continuing nursing professional development per session. To obtain nursing continuing professional development contact hours, you must participate in the entire activity, participate in audience polling and/or Q&A sessions, and complete the evaluation.
