    At each drop-in session, an empirically-supported mindfulness and resilience-building strategy was introduced by an expert in the field. In this session, participants had the opportunity to learn from Aleezé Moss, PhD (Associate Director, Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness) about how to develop a mindfulness practice. 

This is part one of three Mini Resilience Skill-Building Sessions that took place in 2022. At each drop-in session, an empirically-supported mindfulness and resilience-building strategy was introduced by an expert in the field. In this session, participants had the opportunity to learn from Aleezé Moss, PhD (Associate Director, Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness) about how to develop a mindfulness practice. Participants also practiced an activity designed to support wellbeing. Additional resources and practices were also provided during the session.
