Lead Hazard & Healthy Homes Remediation Services RFQ

NNCC is releasing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified hazard remediation contractors in Southeastern Pennsylvania. This RFQ will be to perform lead and healthy homes remediation work under NNCC’s Lead Hazard Control Program, funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Remediation work will take place in the City of Chester in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Organizations must be certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Lead Abatement Contractor in order to be eligible for selection. NNCC expects to complete at least eight (8) hazard remediation projects between February 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019, with projects typically ranging from $1,000 to $8,000 per home.
