You have great ideas. You do great work. Share it with your colleagues! Submit an abstract now for the Nurse-Led Care Conference 2018: Transforming Practice, Defining Value (October 16-18 in Philadelphia, PA). Learning activities will focus on public health nursing, workforce development and practice transformation supporting interprofessional, team based models, along with other methods that address the needs of vulnerable populations through value-based care.

Conference learning objectives:

  • Identify innovative nurse-led practices that produce a measurable return on investment and improve population health outcomes.
  • Demonstrate how nurse-led models of care can expand in a value-based payment environment.
  • Describe strategies that prepare the nursing workforce to meet the evolving needs of patients and communities through team-based, inter-professional models of care
