Session 1: Introduction to All-Hazards Competencies for Health Center Staff

In this session, we covered the essential topic of 'Preparedness in Health Center Settings' and provided an overview of the All-Hazards Competencies. We reviewed the critical importance of readiness to a health center's mission and how staff preparedness translates to effective emergency response. Through interactive discussions and exploration, we navigated the All-Hazards Competencies framework to learn how these competencies should form the foundation of basic emergency preparedness training for health center staff, regardless of their roles and responsibilities.
