Session 3: Preview and Feedback Session: Module 1 of Online Curriculum and Training Facilitation Guide

In this session, participants got a “sneak peek” at Module 1 of the online curriculum and had the opportunity to share their feedback on key features of the content and flow, the format, and the length and pace of the course. The in-person training component's proposed format and the Training Facilitation Guide template to be created for each module was shared for participant review. With these pilot training tools as the backdrop, participants discussed concerns and barriers regarding implementing a 2-part training for each module at their health center and possible ways to address them.

 

Webinar Outcomes

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

- Describe the key features of the All-Hazards Competencies training curriculum.

- Define some concerns and barriers to implementing the curriculum at their respective health centers and some ways to address them.
