The Community Health Task Force invites you to join us for the 2026 National Learning Series, Treating More than the Disease: Whole Person Approaches to Managing Chronic Conditions. This 4-part webinar series will highlight promising practices that improve the prevention, treatment, and management of chronic conditions among health center patients through case studies on health literacy, co-occurring morbidities, patient experience, and food as medicine. Session materials and objectives will provide practical information and enhance participants’ skills.

Nursing Continuing Professional Development

National Nurse-Led Care Consortium is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This meeting session is pending accreditation for 1.0 contact hour of continuing nursing professional development per session. To obtain nursing continuing professional development contact hours, you must participate in the entire activity, participate in audience polling and/or Q&A sessions, and complete the evaluation.
