Kay Kinsey Honored by Philadelphia City Council

The citation reads in part:

"By virtue of this Citation, the Council of the City of Philadelphia does hereby honor and recognize Dr. Katherine K. Kinsey for 25 years of loyal and dedicated service, 16 of those years as administrator and Principal Investigator at Philadelphia Nurse-Family Partnership and Mabel Morris Family Home Visit Program. We commend Dr. Kinsey on this momentous occasion and extend to her the sincere respect, admiration, and appreciation of this legislative body."

Congratulations and thank you Dr. Kinsey for your hard work and dedication to nursing and our Philadelphia community.
