The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium examines the intersections of social determinants of health, breast cancer screening interventions, and the use of Community Health Workers in care settings. The webinar explores best practices for increased patient and care team engagement with health centers serving public housing residents. Through peer learning and interactive web materials, participants hone in on social determinants of health, increasing mammography utilization, and care team support among low-income women who are residents of public housing. The Agenda included a brief didactic portion and open discussion with subject matter experts in clinical and non-clinical settings.
