About the Peer-Learning Series

The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC) is hosting a four-part peer-learning series designed to enhance workforce readiness among health center staff to respond to various hazards effectively. The series will focus on developing and delivering the five-module curriculum based on the All-Hazards Emergency Preparedness and Response Competencies for Health Center Staff. This competency framework, created to assist health centers with supporting staff emergency preparedness, was developed with input from the Primary Care Association Emergency Management Advisory Committee and health center staff nationwide.

Through these 4 interactive sessions, participants will increase their emergency preparedness knowledge and contribute to assessing the training strategies and content delivered through the All-Hazards Competencies curriculum. Throughout this virtual series, participants will discuss, share insights, and collaborate with other participants to ensure that health centers have valuable tools and information to prepare staff to mitigate, respond to, and recover from emergencies. By the end of this Learning Collaborative, attendees will understand how they can use the All-Hazards Competencies training curriculum to improve their health center’s preparedness.

Registration is open.
