Introducing the AmeriCorps Community Health Fellowship

About the Webinar

The AmeriCorps Community Health Fellowship will provide undergraduate nursing students and community health workers with community health field experiences serving vulnerable communities. This fellowship will enhance competencies to screen patients for structural determinants of health, refer individuals to social and healthcare services, provide healthcare education to high-risk patients, and expand capacity within primary care and public health organizations.

This webinar will serve as an introduction to the AmeriCorps Community Health Fellowship 2025-2026. Topics that will be covered include:
